Sightseeing Tour of this Beautiful City

We will begin our tour at the Senate Square, Helsinki’s historical heart. The square is surrounded by the Helsinki Cathedral, the University of Helsinki’s main building, and the Government Palace. The cathedral is one of the city’s most recognizable structures. It was built in the nineteenth century in the Neoclassical style and serves as the seat of the Archbishop of Finland. 

Following that, we’ll go to the Temppeliaukio Church, also known as the Church of the Rock. The church is built into solid rock and has a copper dome. The natural light streaming in through the skylights creates a unique atmosphere in the church. 

Then we’ll walk to the Sibelius Monument, which honors the famous Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. The monument, which is made of 600 steel pipes. It is a city landmark. 

Following our visit to the Sibelius Monument, we will proceed to Esplanade Park, one of the city’s most popular parks. The park is well-known for its beautiful floral displays and the statue of Jean Sibelius, a well-known Finnish composer.
